We have been called by God through Christ to do ministry in this place, Villa Park, Illinois. Living a life of Christian witness by serving others is an essential part of our community life together. Faith is never a solo act in the Bible. It is lived out within and for the benefit of community. Therefore, we seek to be witnesses to the Holy Spirit, who sends us out with a passion to serve others and demonstrate God’s love to all whom we meet.
Disciples Food Pantry
The Disciples Food Pantry is a thriving ministry of the Christian Church of Villa Park. Currently serving over 200 families with 800 individuals per month.

Anyone living in DuPage County is eligible to receive food.
​
The Disciples Food Pantry operates on cash and food donations, supported by volunteers from our church and community. The majority of our food is purchased from Northern Illinois Food bank which is part of America's Second Harvest. We also receive food from local food drives and regular deliveries from local grocery stores.
Love Your Neighbor Day
The Christian Church of Villa Park is sponsoring its eighth local action day - Love your Neighbor Day - on Saturday, September 17, 2021 (rain date Sept. 24).

Volunteers will come together to help homeowners in need in Lombard and Villa Park. Volunteers are members, family and friends from The Christian Church of Villa Park and our partner churches.
