DISCIPLES FOOD PANTRY
If you are a steward of the gospel, you are also a steward of grace. The gospel is a word of hope grounded int he redemptive love of God. It is about your worth to God and your place in community. Faith is never a solo act in the Bible. It is lived out within, and for the benefit of others. Christ was not raised to get you into heaven, but instead to get heaven into you, and through you into the world. Living a life of Christian witness by serving others ais an essential part of our community life together.

The Disciples Food Pantry is a thriving ministry of the Christian Church of Villa Park. Currently serving over 200 families with 800 individuals per month.

Anyone living in DuPage County is eligible to receive food.

The Disciples Food Pantry operates on cash and food donations, supported by volunteers from our church and community. The majority of our food is purchased from Northern Illinois Food bank which is part of America's Second Harvest. We also receive food from local food drives and regular deliveries from local grocery stores.
